Stellar Projects led the reboot of Laboratoires Vendôme, a brand of the La Phocéenne de Cosmétique group, on Shopify, coinciding with its visual identity change and the launch of its new product range.

The project is based on advanced customization of a bespoke theme with careful UX and design, the development of a personalized beauty diagnostic to guide consumers towards suitable products, and the deployment of a Klaviyo email strategy with automated flows. A rich and fluid customer experience, coupled with simplified administration for the brand.

Gentleness and respect for sensitive skin since 1981

Pharmaceutical expertise for skin care

Created in 1981 by a pharmacist in Dijon, Laboratoires Vendôme is a brand of the La Phocéenne de Cosmétique group, specializing in the development of cleansing products for dry and sensitive skin. With over forty years of expertise, the brand places skin tolerance at the heart of all its formulations. Their hypoallergenic products, with a perfectly balanced neutral pH, respect the integrity of the most delicate and reactive skin. Shower gels and cleansing treatments, enriched with carefully selected natural ingredients, provide suppleness, comfort, and hydration, while leaving a fresh and delicate fragrance on the skin. A gentle approach that combines dermatological efficacy and daily sensory pleasure.

A new digital chapter for the brand

Stellar had the honor of supporting the La Phocéenne de Cosmétique group since its beginnings on Shopify. After the brands Le Petit Olivier and Lovéa, Vendôme is their third successful Shopify migration. On the occasion of its visual identity change and the launch of its new range, the brand called on our agency to completely rethink its e-commerce ecosystem.

Stellar leveraged Shopify's native features to the maximum to offer a rich and fluid experience to consumers, while significantly simplifying site administration. On the agenda: advanced customization of a bespoke theme with careful UX and design, development of a personalized beauty diagnosis to guide users towards suitable products, and implementation of an emailing strategy with Klaviyo including automated flows to maximize engagement and conversion.
