The collaboration began with a dual migration project, both technical for e-commerce, from Magento to Shopify, and CRM, to Klaviyo, to streamline customer relationship management. It continues today through regular conversion rate optimization missions, with a constant objective: to improve the user experience and maximize the site's commercial performance.

Forty years of expertise under the sun

Lovéa is a French brand specializing in sun protection and after-sun care, part of the La Phocéenne de Cosmétique group. Born in 1985 on the shores of the Mediterranean, Lovéa has cultivated unique expertise in photoprotection and skin care under the sun for nearly forty years. The brand has democratized access to quality, effective, and certified sun protection products by offering natural and accessible formulas to the widest possible audience. Mineral and organic filters, pleasant non-greasy textures, delicate fragrances: each Lovéa product is designed to effectively protect while offering a pleasant sensory experience that encourages reapplication.

French and responsible manufacturing

Lovéa proudly claims its French roots: all its products are manufactured in France, in compliance with strict quality and traceability standards. The brand favors clean formulas enriched with natural active ingredients such as aloe vera, monoi, or organic vegetable oils, to care for the skin before, during, and after sun exposure. A responsible approach that combines performance, naturalness, and accessibility.

Continuous digital support

Stellar supports Lovéa, a brand of the La Phocéenne de Cosmétique group, in the continuous optimization of its e-commerce presence. We carried out the complete migration from Magento to Shopify and migrated the CRM to Klaviyo for more efficient customer relationship management. We continue this support with regular CRO (conversion rate optimization) missions to constantly improve the user experience and maximize the commercial performance of the site.
