A BRAND BORN FACING THE WAVE

Parlementia is, first and foremost, a hillside overlooking the ocean between Bidart and Guéthary, where people once came to settle their disputes by parleying rather than fighting. The Coastal Lifestyle brand was born there in 2009, perched above the reef break whose long right-handers peel offshore. Its first store-workshop overlooks the spot, and you can watch the Atlantic swell roll in directly from the shop. Every collection draws on this backdrop: the ocean, a laid-back way of life, and a finely tuned musical universe shaped by its founder.

PRODUCE LESS, BUT BETTER

At Parlementia, everything is designed in small runs to avoid overproduction, limit wasted materials, and reduce end-of-line waste. Each piece is produced with care, in measured quantities, then finished in France, in the Basque Country. Heat-applied prints are made by hand in the Guéthary workshop facing the spot, embroidery is crafted in Hasparren, and screen prints are produced in Anglet, less than 45 minutes from the store. Local know-how, shared with nearby workshops that uphold the same standards of quality and responsiveness.

A WARDROBE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

The selection is made for men, women, and children who prefer the sound of the waves to notifications. T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, boardshorts, caps, and bags: durable pieces designed for living outdoors, often near the water. Creative graphics, retro nods, and an unapologetic nonchalance shape a distinctive identity, somewhere between ocean culture and contemporary sophistication.
